Heal a Memory

If we can be traumatised in a few seconds, why can’t we be “un-traumatised” in a short period of time as well?

By the time many clients come to see me, they have been holding onto painful memories for years, even decades. The hurt and emotional pain from such events can stop you from enjoying your life and hold you back from making the most of your opportunities in life.
